DETAILS

This course is designed to teach the efficient methods of shooting the traditional rifle platform like the AR15/ M4/ SCAR or Carmel.  It is to provide the student with solid fundamentals in utilizing the carbine as well as educating them in the various sights and accessories as well as practical support equipment for the system.

Your instruction will be conducted by members of the law enforcement and special operations community.

*This course may require some moderate physical activity.

Details about location will be provided following registration.

Students who do not possess/work for a FFL are attending the class for personal training and information only.  Others in Law Enforcement, or working in the industry, will have the ability to become certified IWI US armorers.

What do I need to bring to the course?

Nothing, everything will be provided for you at the course. We’ll supply Tavor SAR’s & X95’s to use as well as tool kits.

Is lunch provided?

Yes, IWI US will provide lunch on both days.

Do I need a background check to attend training?

If you are an LE officer, have a current and valid CCW or FFL, no background check is required.  All others attending who do not fall into one of these three requirements will need to submit a background check through Sentrylink. Also, you do need to be either a US Citizen or Green Card holder to attend this class.

I don’t have a concealed carry permit. How do I obtain a background check?

Sentry Link offers a National Criminal Background Check for a fee of $19.95 per report.

Once the report is obtained send the report to training@iwi.us to have it included with your registration packet. You can send the report via the “Share” button.

Can I keep any materials provided at the course?

You’ll receive an Armorer’s Manual, Conversion Checklist, and Barrel wrench at the start of the course that are yours to take home.

How do I pay for the course?

During the registration process, you will be asked to enter your payment information or voucher code in order to pay for the course. This payment is required to hold your place in the course due to class limits and the management of student / instructor ratios.

Refund/Reschedule Policy:

  • Cancellations: If you cancel no later than 30 days prior to the start of your course, your payment can be applied to a future course for up to one year. If you cancel within 30 days of your course start date, your payment is non-refundable. However, that balance may be applied to another course within one year.
  • Refunds: You can receive a full refund up to 30 days prior to the start of your course. Any amount over $250 is fully transferable or refundable if you cannot make the class for any reason, with or without notice.
  • Reschedule: You can reschedule up to 2 times without penalty. After that, you are no longer eligible to transfer your payment to a future course and your refund is forfeit.
