Steve B.

Steve has 27 years of combined military, law enforcement and contracting experience. His military experience consisted of 10 years in the United States Marine Corps (USMC). He initially served as a member of a Security Force company before being selected for Force Recon. While at Force Recon, his primary role was as an assaulter and breacher in a direct-action platoon. Steve’s final billet was as an instructor at the Marine Combatant Diver Course. After leaving the Marine Corps, Steve worked as a contractor for the Department of State Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program where he taught firearms, tactics, breaching and sniping to various law enforcement officers from around the world. He also worked on a counter narcotics program for US Central Command in Afghanistan. Steve continues to serve his community as a law enforcement officer for a Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana, where he is assigned to the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team. Over his career he’s had the opportunity to attend various training courses such as the USMC SOTG close quarters battle, USMC combatant diver, US Army SFARTAETC, US Army military free fall, USMC SOTG basic breacher (explosive), FBI SWAT, Louisiana POST firearms instructor, Blackwater SWAT instructor, FBI firearms instructor, DEA instructor development and TEES CQB instructor.
